Wise Auto Shutdown

Say you want your PC to restart two days from now, at 4PM precisely. Thanks to Wise Auto Shutdown, a free tool for Windows PCs, you can do precisely that. You can schedule your PC to restart at any date and time you want. So if you want it to restart at 4PM two days from now, you can easily make it happen.

The Wise Auto Shutdown installer is a lightweight 1.2Mb in size, which means it will take but a moment to download it onto your PC. Run the installer and you will be presented with a setup wizard that will help you quickly complete the installation process.

There are two main panels on the application’s interface:
Task panel – pick one of six tasks (shut down, restart, log off, hibernate, power off, sleep)
Time panel – choose when you want the selected task to be run (at a certain date and time, at a certain time from now, or daily at a certain time).

To enjoy Wise Auto Shutdown you just have to instruct it what to do and when to do it. The application can perform six tasks for you: shut down, restart, log off, hibernate, power off, and sleep. It can perform them at a specified time (on the 5th of November at 4PM for example), at a certain time from now (3 hours and 15 minutes from now for example), or daily at a certain time (daily at 1PM for example).

Set up a shutdown task for example and Wise Auto Shutdown will minimize to the system tray. It will stay there and wait until it’s time to shut down your PC. Five minutes before shutting down your PC, it will display a reminder on the screen.
